I make operations work better, from scratch or from what is already there, bringing together people management and digital solutions.

Over 10 years coordinating teams, projects and systems for companies, public institutions and major events.

Projects and work with Anglo American, Vale, Barrick, BBC, Glastonbury and Greater London Authority.

  • Discovery Capital

The digital operation of an investment group

For five years I was the director’s right hand and the person who kept the digital operation of four companies, across three continents, running without an IT team behind me. When a need came up, I understood the problem, designed the solution and delivered it ready to use.

That work produced an AI market intelligence platform built from scratch, new branding and communications for portfolio companies, and the data room for the sale of a safari lodge in Zambia.

    2021–

  • Anglo American, Vale, Barrick

Mining operations brought to investors remotely

I started in the field, leading local crews and capturing virtual site visits of Barrick operations on three continents. Later I coordinated, remotely, the local teams that produced the Anglo American and Vale projects. Restructuring the platform cut operating costs by more than 75%.

    2017–24

  • U.S. Green Magnesium

Brand and website for a defining moment

I created the visual identity and website of an industrial technology company, launched alongside the announcement of a U.S. Department of Energy grant, and ran the weekly project meetings with the Chief Scientific Officer.

    2025–26

  • Glastonbury Festival

    Internal traffic at Glastonbury

At one of the largest music festivals in the world, I supervised a zone of 12 people within an internal traffic operation of more than 100 staff, on 12-hour shifts for 12 consecutive days.

    2025

  • Greater London Authority

A test centre set up mid-pandemic

As part of London’s COVID-19 emergency response, I managed the flagship site in Canary Wharf with a team of more than 10 people, until it became the busiest in East London.

    2020–21

  • BBC Earth Experience, Paddington Bear Experience

    Two launches in London

I was on the launch teams of two immersive attractions. At the BBC I was promoted to supervisor; at Paddington I led a front of house team of more than 10 people from day one.
